Falls Awareness Training - Weds 18th Aug 6:30pm and Thurs 2nd September 3pm

First Aid Training - Weds 22nd September 1pm

Learning to Meditate - Weds 21st July 1:30pm

Self-Management for Arthritis - Thurs 19th aug 1pm

Gardening Group - Starting Fri 13th Aug (Sessions held at Butterley Station, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE53QZ
