In the waiting room, you will find a brief "Friends and Family Questionnaire". This is an NHS England initiative to gauge patients' satisfaction with the service GP practices are providing and is your opportunity to highlight positive experiences and/or suggest any improvements to our service here at Simmondley. We would encourage you to complete a questionnaire please. The results are published monthly on our website and monthly return is made to NHS England.
